MUST HAVE A FENCED YARD & SHOW PROOF OF THE FENCED YARD PRIOR TO PICK UP OF THE PUPPY OR IF IN AN APARTMENT MUST LEAD ACTIVE LIFESTYLE AND TAKE DOG OUT DAILY
No parks or other grounds until puppy is 5-6 months of age to increase immune system.
BONE: We recommend you take big bones from the Deli Butcher, Boil them and then freeze them. Take them out frozen to give to the puppy | dog. It helps them and keeps them busy and they will be exhausted from having the frozen bone
Absolutely – NO CHICKEN BONES – they get stuck in the throat
NO SHAVING OF THE PUPPY OR THE DOG, AS THEY HAVE AN UNDERCOAT – IT PROTECTS THEM IN HEAT AND IN THE COLD
TRAINING:
- You can start at 10-12 weeks of age in a formal location like a pet store or a personal dog trainer.
- This is for you to get trained as well as the puppy.
- These are sled dogs, they are working dogs, so they can be strong if they are not trained and we highly recommend training of puppies
